If you would like to set up your own hours and work Part Time during the week, please contact us about our Physical Therapy Position. Our outpatient Industrial Medicine / Work Comp clinic is in need of a physical therapist who will provide initial and ongoing assessments to determine level of functioning and patient’s progress. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services to help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from Musculoskeletal Work Related Injuries. In this role, the PT must demonstrate strong communication skills with peers and their clients. The ideal physical therapist for this job will be energetic, an effective communicator and be dedicated to providing high-quality to care to all of their patients. The PT will perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems. The PT will develop, review, explain and implement physician physical therapy orders with the injured worker. The PT will present clients with updates while making care suggestions to the medical team and coordinate with clinic team members to provide high-quality services and care to all our patients. The PT must be a Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. The PT must possess and active and unrestricted license by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance - PT or DPT licensure required. New Graduates welcome! Experience in outpatient orthopedics a plus. Bilingual/Spanish preferred.
