We used Mega Trucks for an on-the-road radiator replacement on a semi truck. The rad was not installed properly as the mechanic neglected to ensure all the bolts were replaced. This caused "play' in the rad and as a result further damage. As we are a company outside of the US, we had to attempt many phone calls + emails to which no responses were given as to how Mega Trucks was going to deal with warranty issue on the rad. Phone calls + emails to Juan went unanswered, so their best course of action was to ignore us until we go away, and leave us stranded and stuck with a $3200.00 repair bill and further delays. it is very unfortunate as we relied on this company to get our truck moving in a timely manner, and by using Mega Truck it caused us further delays and expense. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for honesty, integrity and reliability. Unfortunately I had to give this a 1 star rating, as it would not accept my preference of ZERO stars!
