Heider Engineering Services, Inc. is committed to “Building Relationships.” Our company’s qualifications can be judged in part by our history, our technical capabilities, and our commitment of doing quality work at a fair market price. We are capable of performing a wide variety of soil, concrete, asphalt, masonry and steel testing. Our clients range from residential and commercial developers, redevelopment agencies, to public and private schools, universities, and public works. Our strong commitment to our clients has been the driving force to our success. Heider Engineering Services, Inc. is a privately owned business with a full service laboratory and is registered and certified with the US Small Business Administration (SBA) as a woman-owned Small Business Enterprise (WBE). The company was founded in 1996 by Dennis W. Heider, RCE and since it’s inception has been involved in a wide variety of major construction projects. Our construction inspectors are trained as soil technicians and certified by the American Concrete Institute (ACI). Additionally, we have a qualified staff of inspectors who are certified in the disciplines of concrete, prestressed concrete, masonry, structural steel and fireproofing by the International Code Council (ICC). Our inspectors are also certified by numerous agencies and city building inspection departments. Heider Engineering Services, Inc. laboratory performs a broad scope of testing services under the supervision of Dennis Heider, a registered civil engineer. Our laboratory testing equipment is calibrated annually, and is regularly inspected by the Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL).
