I recently lost my best friend Fool his kidneys failed and I had him for 14 yrs Dr. Puritz was so understanding, kind and helpful she really was very consoling with me and my dog, she is such an excellent veterinarian, yes she can be and sound very serious when it comes to the care of your pets but its with good intentions and she means well the animals are her main concern and that's the way it should be we should take excellent care of our pets their lives depend on us. I will never change vets Dr. Puritz is the best vet around Oneonta,N.Y. in my book and I love their new hospital clean, efficient, excellent staff, outstanding in all aspects.

We took our cats to Crescent View Pet Lodge, and yes it was small, confined, and the staff was stressed at times. However, one of our cats that had to be put to sleep, Dr. Puritz was there, kind, compassionate and always caring. I am glad to see they have moved to a bigger facility where they can offer even better service to our and your pets.

They told me that my kitten was in pain and i should have euthenized the kitten because she was sick and going to die anyway. they told me that it was cruel that i did not kill the kitten. and i went back brought her back home. and she died... peacefully at home. I also went to adopt a kitten from there 3 days later and it took them 5 day to then tell me that i had a bad rederence. I would never have a bad reference from anybody because i treat my animals better then i treat myself. anybody who knows me would know that i was brought up around animals and was taught to treat them with respect. and anybody who has seen me with my dog knows that i spoil her rotten. Do not bring your animals here or adopt from here

Dr.puritz is soooooo kind and loving and ALL my pets absolutely LOVE her!!! They actually look forward to seeing the doc.P.S. i have a variety of animals and she's good w/ all of them(ex. Horses, canine, feline, gerbal/ginuea pig)

Very nasty staff, Have seen a change in there since certain employees have left. Very dirty waiting room and exam room. I used to love this place but have decided to take my cats elsewhere. Her staff is always stressed and rude.

Crescent Pet Lodge is a great place for your pet. The staff is extremely nice and caring, and while you are away they take good care of your animal. Dr. Puritz is on my scale the best veterinarian in Oneonta.
