Founded in 1910, The Chronicle is a weekly news publication that serves the residents of Okanogan County, Wash. The newspaper is published by Eagle Newspapers. Eagle Newspapers is a publisher of more than 10 weekly newspapers, as well as several daily newspapers and specialty publications. In addition, the company operates printing operations and a mailing service. Its ventures are located throughout Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Eagle Newspapers is a family-owned corporation that employs 400-plus people throughout its operations.
