I called for an early ride from work at 8am the cab shows up on time but the co worker replacing me had not arrived yet so the cab driver waited about ten minutes til I came out. I said sorry for the delay and told him I couldn't leave without a replacement. The cabdriver cab 408 said to me in with an attitude " well I was gonna leave you..dispatch didn't get my request to leave but people are busy and READY." I thought to myself well I m sorry things come up but the way he made me feel about the situation was like I never wanted to call happy cab again.

My experience with the cabs the drivers and the dispatchers leaves a lot to be desired. Two of three cabs were absolutely filthy as was the driver who smelled horably. There was no place for the driver to escape the heat so he was allowed several times to pick up fares after many hours in the scorching hot sun he said. Later I discovered that the rate he charged me had been about ten dollars greater than the rate I was later charged to return to the airport from my hotel. The other issue was the lack of apropriate english being spoken. One driver had so little command of the language that when I asked him what the new stadium under construction was called he said "baseball". The cabs were in poor shape and very old. The dispatchers were totally unresponsive to my complaints and refered me to call another number on another day. I recieved a call back but had little infromation needed fot the person to follow up. I I asked one driver for his cab number. He pointed to some sticker.
