I may have had the most unpleasant banking experience in my life at the Regency Branch in Omaha. 20 minutes plus to cash a single customer check. I am not a client,maybe that is why I was treated will such disdain. Well our client we share has heard how bad your CS is. Next time a Non Client enters your bank you certainly had better treat them with a little more repect BAILEY....they just may be a stockholder . You should be required to take an ethics class. fyi( That branch of philosophy dealing with values relating to human conduct, with respect to the rightness and wrongness of certain actions and to the goodness and badness of the motives and ends of such actions.)
