Two men that work there are rude and unprofessional. They don't say thank you and they slam down the phone before I can say have a nice day or thank you or even good bye. . They have lost my scripts and I have to call my Drs office to have them resent then follow up again. Sometimes it takes three days to get refills. Good luck getting the nurse to call a pharmacy twice in one day or consecutive days. I just have have to start the process over, step one: call the pharmacy with refill request, call the dr to make sure they got the request, Call the pharmacy to make sure they heard word from Drs office. Call the pharmacy early afternoon to find out the refill is ready. No? Ask the pharmacy to call when script is ready, they say they will, but the don't (these are the to men) . So I then check back with my Drs office to make sure they called it in. Sound like I'm a pest?
