I visited the UPS at this location, 156th and Q at 4:45pm on November 23. The young lady at the counter greeted me in a very friendly manner, I let her know what I needed and was not sure how to go about it since I do not return materials often. She stated that she didn't know but would find out. The young man also working came forward. I had the directions on how to return the product, it stated 4th class mail. He informed me that was not how it was done. I showed him the printed directions from the company that I was sending the product back to. He stated "What ever" in a very irritating manner and turned and left. The young lady took care of my needs, apologized for the young mans actions after I let her know how rude the young man was. I asked that the manager be informed. I use this UPS due to it is close to where I live. I doubt that I will be returning to this store again. One very rude employee reflects on the entire company.
