No stars! (I could not submit without 1). On 4-28-15, at 6:45 am, on southbound I-480 in Omaha, I was almost run over by bus #34. The very heavyset driver was speeding & changed lanes without looking where she was going. I was in the lane next to her (driver side) and honked when she started to come into my lane, but, she barreled on over. It took a few minutes to catch up to her to get the name on the side of the bus and she appeared to be eating while she was driving. I witnessed her make several quick lane changes that caused other cars to have to make evasive moves out of her way. She was swerving in & out of lanes, driving way over the speed limit of 60 mph with no regard for others. This driver should not be allowed to drive a bus! Clearly, she is an irresponsible person and not physically able (or too busy eating) to turn her head to look if the lane was clear. Please take this driver off the streets as soon as possible before a terrible accident happens. C. Sorensen

Customer service representatives are rude and unprofessional. I called for 30mins this morning and was repeatedly placed back in the queue. I never got an answer and when I called HR was told my only option was to talk with the same people who would not answer the phones. My sons bus driver is equally as unprofessional driving past him on more than one occasion when he was literally 10seconds from his stop and NOT late. Can't wait for this school year to be over so I no longer have to deal with such unpleasantness so early in the morning
