My stylist at the salon is great, however the receptionist is not always the most helpful, professional, or courteous.

This salon was horrible. It makes me give them one star, but if I could they would get ZERO.I made an appointment, and when I showed up there was no one to greet me, and then I found out that they had misquoted me over the phone. They wanted to charge me double what I was quoted and confirmed over the phone. They would not provide what they said they would at the price confirmed. I promptly left and got the service elsewhere, and will never go back to this salon again.I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE.
