      Charged 100% over list price; how would you feel about that?



      I brought my PC in because it didn't start-up. It turned out that the boot drive went bad and needed to be replaced. They charged $200 for the 2 TB Western Digital WD20EZRX replacement drive alone. I asked if that is the correct charge and their answer was that this is what they charge their customers.



      The price for this particular drive at Newegg is $74.99. BestBuy sells it for $83.99. The list price is $99.99. Schrock Innovations charged $200. How would you call that?



      Unfortunately Schrock Innovations' customer service was even more of a letdown. Fortunately there are alternatives.
