I had a terrible stay especially when it came time to move out. Since I had paid the full security deposit out of all of my roomates (there were 3 of us total) I wanted to make sure the refund would come to me when we moved out. I went to the office and was assured by 3 different people that it would come to me. Imagine my surprise when I only got 1/3 of what I'd paid originally, becuase the rest went to me roomates. The apartment has been extremely unprofessional and will not return my calls. They basically said it is my problem and they split the money 3 ways because my roomates requested that. If the management continues their unprofessionalism I think I may have to contact a lawyer to resolve the issue.

This is a poorly managed apartment complex. It also has numerous problems regarding safety and security as it has numerous break-ins each year, specifically garages. Many of the buildings are in need of new carpets, and many apartments don't have smoke alarms installed. The property management staff looks the "other way" on many issues, specifically safety and security of the grounds. Maintenance requests are often "ignored" or only done after numerous requests. The property is not being maintained properly, except for the grounds. They make sure the grass is "mowed". They also have a problem with younger tenants under the age of 30 who stay up all night and drink, and interrupt the sleep of other tenants who have to work the next day. The property management needs to do a better job of screening their tenants. The bests ones have moved out, including myself, because we got sick and tired of the way the complex was being run. In summary, do not move into this complex!!!!!!
