this company is not managed well my mother had there system for 3 months had issues with equipment which they say they fixed, however my mother fell and equipment did not work. she laid there with a broken shoulder, neck, and vertabrae in her back. "NOTHING" the system did not work. they say it was due to faulty plug in but they should have picked that up in there system. all we got was a so sorry, no refund no apology, JACK SQUAT. dont waste time or money with them. moms been in rehab since and is not well. thanks premier.
