Here is a short list of some of the problems I had to deal with the night of my wedding. These are things that they assured me would be done correctly and were not. 1. The furniture in the lobby was not removed as promised. 2. The cake table was the wrong shape placed in a different spot than I requested. 3. The head table was placed in the wrong spot and was also the wrong shape. I discussed in detail with them what I wanted. 4. I did not order a buffet and had discussed in detail how I wanted dinner served to each person and not served buffet style. When I spoke with James on the day before my wedding he asked me if dinner was a buffet or served and I told him again that dinner was to be served and I did not want a buffet. They tried to serve a buffet, causing my dinner to be more than an hour late because they had to re-arrange everything while my guests sat in the ballroom and waited.
