Nebraska Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 172-bed facility located in Omaha, Neb. It provides services, such as rehabilitation, restorative, hospice, wound care, infusion therapy, transportation, dietary and respite care. Founded in 1994, the facility operates more than 40 centers in California, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Nevada and Ohio. Its nursing department offer services, including enteral feeding, trach care, nutritional assessments, bowl and bladder control training and colostomy care. The facility also operates programs, including homeward bound, cognitive specialty, pain management, fall prevention, dysphasia management and outpatient therapy. Its staff consists of professional nurses, therapists, certified social workers, activity specialists and co-medical directors.
