Mick & Associates, P.C, LLO, based in Omaha, Nebraska, is a specialty firm comprised of full-time and of-counsel attorneys who each possess a concentrated area of expertise and in-depth knowledge. In addition to their law school credentials, the attorneys also have professional and educational credentials, including MBAs and securities industry licenses. While providing a broad range of legal services to our valued clients, our firm focuses on two principal areas of practice ; Broker/Dealer Representation and Real Estate Finance. Additional areas of practice include Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Law, Corporate Finance, FINRA Advertising Review, and Litigation. Our firm understands the needs of today's local and national broker/dealers since we have been in their shoes. Firm attorneys have been employed by broker/dealers who have syndicated real estate equity offerings in hospitality, senior living, office and retail development and acquisition, and have provided business planning and tax counsel. Our firm's due diligence representation involves a concentration in TIC deal-level, real estate equity fund and REIT reviews. We also have significant experience in oil and gas, private equity, leasing and mortgage securities products. We provide clients individualized legal opinions with an additional focus on project and fund structure, financing, valuation and exit analysis. We believe this experience allows us to assist our clients by understanding not only what the regulators require, but more importantly how a DPP product compares to its peer group and the likelihood of program performance. The firm's practice involves not only broker-dealer representation, but also real estate acquisition, development and finance. Within our Real Estate practice, we focus on advising individual and corporate developer and owner clients, as well as commercial lending institutions. We understand not only the legal requirements of our clients' activities but also the economics of their business transactions.
