General Info

I work with all age groups with concerns related to anxiety, anger management, unhealthy coping strategies, stress management, depression and relationships. I enjoy working with clients to increase their awareness and knowledge of emotional response and regulation, and also increase their ability to be more successful in the home, work, school, or community. I have extensive therapy experience with children, adolescents and families. Children and adolescents, especially, can have overwhelming emotions, and benefit from guidance on how to cope. Additionally, I enjoy working with parents to provide strategies to increase positive behaviors and decrease, or extinguish, unwanted behaviors in children.
