Great employees especially Danny Cutania

don't go there at dinner time and get a buffet. old and cold food. chicken wasn't cooked all the way (it wasn't pink but it was doughy ) 3 biscuits there. nothing got stocked up the while time we were there. guess they were too "busy " as we could see two employees in the back on their cell phones. one employee rolled her eyes when she was informed that there were no lids. and after being asked when they were going to re stock the buffet they just seemed appauled that they actually had to do their job. this place is a joke. yeah it looks nice but that's about it. never will we go here again.

This is the worst Kentucky Fried Chicken ever....!!! It's close to our home but it seems every time we go, there's an issue. They completely renovated the building, which really needed done. It looks nice and is clean looking now, but they haven't done anything about the staff that are completely lacking customer skills. Our dinner order was messed up..and when I called they told me to come back or all they could do was send a coupon. No compensation for one whole meal missing. I was given a supervisor number but had to leave my number. I used my debit card and didn't get a receipt. Come on KFC. These things happen all the time on 48th and L. Go anywhere but this one...!!!!!
