I wouldn’t even give a one star if that was an option. I have to say, it started off good. Here we found someone who knows how to fix the motor on our Seadoo. Took it to him in Nov. of 2017. He replaced our motor with a rebuilt motor (which in hind sight, he should have just rebuilt our motor and put it back in), obviously we couldn’t test it out until the weather warmed up. Early May, we took it to the lake and when we started up, the motor started shaking and coolant dumped all over the place. Turns out he put a motor in that had a blown head gasket. So we too, back to him, he charged additional charge to get this rebuilt motor fixed. When we got it back we took it out and it overheated and started to sink. So we took it out of the water and started looking at it, turns out there was a hose not clamped and the water wasn’t being pushed out. Through all of this, we had been patient, he put us off because of funeral, vacation, other boats he was working. When we communicated with him it was never his fault. It was our fault we purchased a rebuilt motor, it was us who disconnected the hoses. That is poor business when you’re putting blame on your customer. I would like to add he kept our original motor and resold it making money off of it. He accused his apprentice for not reconnecting the hoses, but turned around and said we had to have done it. I say, stay away from this business!
