The worst ever! We recently had someone move into the middle floor, since they have moved in the whole area is covered in cigarette butts which is disgusting since the neighbor and everyone on this side of the building has children. I have called to complain that my apartment was starting to reek of cigarette smell, and have been told by other neighbors they have a hard time breathing from all the smoke coming from the new neighbor. But apparently its harassment to say anything to her since its her apartment. I guess its too bad so sad for the rest of us that live here and have to suffer from this rudeness. Office people are completely RUDE! You can not call to complain or say anything without attitude. I can not wait to move!!!!

I would never recommend this complex to anyone. The worst management in town. They have been through several managers in the time I have lived here and the current is not even on site. The girls in the office are mindless drones. The townhomes grounds are disgusting. There are still piles of leaves from the fall and they never clean it up. personally my roof has leaked for 5 years and they are too cheap to get it fixed correctly. The maintenance is rather poor..... or just do the job half way and call it good. I wish I could afford to leave this hell hole....
