Provided by YP.comThis is the best place to take you dog to be groomed and bathed. We have been taking our dog Brandi down there for many years and have never had any problems getting her in. She alway looks nice when we go to pick her up. Christy is Brandi groomer and she does a wonderful job. I would recommend this place for any one who needs to get there dog groomed.

Provided by YP.comMy dog looked AMAZING! The groomers at this Boutique are phenomenal. My dog had never been groomed before in his life. I never realized how mangy he was until he came out of the salon looking beautiful. They not only brushed his teeth, trimmed his nails, drained his glands, but they also gave him a medicated bath and a super cute bandana. He was treated so well and was extremely happy. Our nine year old mix breed has never ever smelled good a day in his life, and after one day at this salon, he smells so fresh and his fur is so incredibly soft, shiny and clean. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and the product I received. I was not the "dog grooming" sort, but I will be back and I have already referred three friends. I love this place!

Provided by YP.comI have been taking my dogs here for close to 2 years and have not had any problems with the way my dogs were treated or the hair cuts they received. They have always done what I have asked them and my dogs (3 of them) have not acted traumatized or neglected in any way. I would highly recommend the Bow Wow Boutique.

Provided by YP.comDon't take your dog there to be groomed. They do not do what you ask of them. My Havanese has been to this shop probably half a dozen times. The only reason I went there was to follow a groomer that I was pleased with. I showed up for a scheduled appointment only to learn she had left and no one notified me before hand. I was promised my little girl would get the same from the current staff. When I arrived to get her, she was skinned of her hair. Ears cut to short, no hair on her chest and her tail was cut to a pom pom. Very disappointed. But I always give second chances. so I returned today and was very specific about the length and shape I wanted and no cutting on the ears and tail. I was told it would be 3 hours. I arrived at 3 hours and she wasn't even started. I was then told it would be about 35 minutes. It took them 5 hours and once again my dog was butchered. I pointed out the length and the area that she was shaved to her skin and the response was we used the longest blade we have. WHAT! I mean really, if your longest blade can't do what I asked for then why was it used. One more thing, my girl's face and eyes were dirty when I picked her up. Final bill $45.00. I can't believe I paid it. I would not refer this groomer to anyone and I certainly will not be going back. I give no stars to Bow Wow Boutique 108th & Q however this site makes you give at least one.
I would like to apologize for any unpleasant experiences you may have recieved at Bow Wow. I would like for you to know that your previous groomer was asked to contact you and let you know where she would be. She did not contact any of her clients, we are finding out. I apologize for that as well. Also, we have reviewed your file and your dog has never been shaved before. She has recieved the same exact length of haircut each and every time. Every groomer however, has their own unique style. We have hired an exepctional new groomer, her name is Tara and she is extremely good with her treatment of clientele and their loved ones. If you would like to give her a chance, I am confident that you would be very pleased with her. On behalf of Bow Wow, I would like to offer you a 25% discount on your next groom. Again, I apologize for your last experiences. Also too, written on your file was that you requested to have Gracie's chest scissored shorter that the rest of her body. It was hand scissored and no blade was used. Her body length is called an E comb attachment, and it is the same length every time. We are also well skilled in hand scissoring your dog if you would prefer a longer cut. We would like the chance to please you, as well as every client, and give you the service you deserve.

Called & spoke with older lady (think this is owner) I was promised my grooming would take 3 hours. At 3 hourse I called to check on my dog, she wasn't started. I explained I needed to pick up the dog, she said she would quickly groom her and have her ready in 20 minutes. My dog didn't look groomed, but despite, I paid $32. I never received a call they were running behind, I do not think the haircut was done well. I did give them a 2nd chance, they were again promising 3 hour limit, which we both agreed would work. When I picked up my dog, they complained I didn't give them enough time, they were short with me, even though we both agreed on a timeline. I didn't like the way they handled my dog who was shaking when I picked her up. I am sure I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me, I wonder how they treated my dog. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand and are curt in service, I'm sure they are curt with dogs. Not even a great job on the haircut. Will not ever return.

Provided by YPmobileTook my 70 pound golden retriever in to get groomed. Granted, it was during the winter and snow had been falling, nothing we haven't seen in Nebraska. Once I arrived the girls expected me to make anothdr appointment for my dog so they could leave. The weather conditions were nothing out of the ordinary. When I got bad I found my frightened dog, who I expected would be well groomed sitting there with clumps of hair and smelt the exact same. I would never recommend them to anyone who loves their animals

Provided by YP.comThe lady who groomed my dog was very rude. I will say I was happy with the way my dog looked, but due to their lack of customer service, I will not return and I will tell others the same.
I am very sorry for the experience that you recieved when you visited our salon. The owner, and I, the manager are very big on getting to know our clients and we do not tolerate employees who do not give clients their full attention. Recently, we have had a bit of a staff change, and our new groomer, Tara, is an excellent groomer and she cares very deeply about every visit your pet has with Bow Wow! Our current team is excellent at working very well together to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of every client and their furry friend. We are all very compassionate and willing to go every extra mile to make sure that you and your pet feel welcome and comfortable when you are here. If there is anything I could do for you, please contact me at 597-5299 and ask for the manager. I would like the opportunity to give you the service you and your pet deserve. I also would like to offer you $5 off your next groom. Again, I apologize for any rudeness or unattentative behaviors you experienced.
