I have been a customer of this salon for 20 years. I get along great with the stylists and their quality of work is above average by some. The manager they hired a few years ago has brought the place down! She is unprofessional, rude and does not take accountability for the service that this store provides. I believe in Customer Satisfaction above all else-no matter what! She needs to go if Beauty First wants to salvage their reputation. Don't plan on getting what you paid for or getting the service you deserve!

OVERBOOKED, UNDERSTAFFED. The customer does NOT come first at this "salon." I use the term loosely, as it is basically a beauty products store with, from what I could tell, two ladies that do hair. My appointment, which I booked in person a week ahead of time, was for 11:30. I showed up a few minutes early. I was "greeted" by a sloppy looking girl, who informed me that the hairdresser was finishing up with a customer and would be right with me. At 11:35, another lady walked in the door and announced she was the 12:00 appointment for the same hairdresser. At 11:40, still waiting to be seen, and realizing my chances to get a NICE haircut before getting shoved out the door in favor of the 12:00 appointment were getting very slim, I peeked back in the salon. She was NOWHERE NEAR FINISHED with the customer whose hair she had just begun to curl. Clearly I was NOT going to receive quality service in the less than 15 minutes left before 12:00. I LEFT and WILL NEVER GO BACK.
