We purchased new windshield wipers for both of our cars. the ones for my car weren't clear the area right in the drivers line of vision for some odd reason. Went back to store about one week later to find a solution to problem and couldn't get any assistance because I couldn't find my receipt. Even the guy that sold them to us and installed them wasn't any help saying they couldn't look up the purchase without the receipt. Then this kind of tall really slim young lady with dark long hair; I can't remember her name ask if we needed any help. I explained the problem she said no problem went out look at the car and said these wipers don't work well on our GMC Jimmy that the Duralast brand worked better. She changed them out and refunded the difference on a gift card. She is the only reason this review will get five stars because if it wasn't for her and her excellent customer service. I would have slammed them on here and never go back but that Sista gave awesome customer service.

I was have trouble starting my car. I took it in to have the battery tested by Travis. Travis not only figured out it was the battery but also the starter. With the help of Autozone I was on my way again. & didn't need to be towed. Travis went above & beyond with the help of his co-workers too. Thanks again
