She apparently went to wok elsewhere and did not complete work. Had to look thru stacks of clothes to find my garments, which were not done after coming back twice. Other customers were doing the same thing.

I have been using her for about 4 years now. She has repaired clothing I thought for sure was beyond repair. Everything she does is wonderful and you can't even tell it was altered!! And her prices are beyond reasonable. (I have NEVER had an issue getting things back in a timely manner.)

She has had my wedding dress for 3 weeks and still hasn't started. Nice lady, but I still have no idea about her tailoring abilities, as it is now a week and a half from my wedding and all she can say is I'm sorry, and promise to finish it immediately... again. I've witnessed this with other customers when I've gone in optimistically for fittings. Seems she never completes anything, and people finally give up. Also, terrible English speaking skills, major language barrier.
