Provided by YP.comThis is a very dishonest and deceitful company that lacks integrity, professionalism, and respect. I do not recommend them and advise consumes to beware and find a more reputable company.
Mike cleaned my chimney and broke my damper in the process. Then he lied about it. When I spoke with the owner she said Mike "noticed the damper was old before cleaning the chimney but he didn't expect it to fall apart like it did, so he'd fix it free of charge." He came out and removed the damper and took it back to his shop to repair. He came back again and he couldn't get it back in. He cursed and was angry and left again with the damper. Three weeks after he broke it, he finally replaced it in working condition but left me a $75 bill.
When I asked the owner about the bill for the "free" repair, she said at some point they decided that Mike didn't break the damper and that they'd be charging me. However, no one informed me until the work was completed. Otherwise, I would have decline their services and had my husband repair it in less time. The owner refused to drop the charge for the repair and said she should have charged me $150 for it.
