Needed to pick up an order at 12:30 p.m. I got there at 12:23 and they had not even begun pouring it into the containers and the Decaf had not been started. While one young lady quickly called for assistance to get them ready - another gal said - "We thought we had a few minutes!" They did - a FEW minutes - I needed it ready to go at 12:30 - not started at 12:30! I did send a letter to corporate hoping to train these young people - but if you are picking up containers to go, my advice would be to tell them 15 mins earlier than you actually need it - and then call to tell them you are on your way. I was caught rushing for a meeting with legislative reps and people from all over the state - and it was a bit embarrassing to come running in late - and then the DECAF container wasn't marked! DON'T want anyone fired - just hope this will be a training opportunity for them!
