He chose to return to Tenino in 1992 to raise his family after serving 6 years in the U.S. Army. Married to his wife Lori since 1986, they raised 2 sons and have 2 grandsons.Paul's Washington real estate career began in 1992 with Century 21 where he earned the prestigious Centurion Award twice. He moved to Hodges Commercial Real Estate & Forestland Resources division. During this time, he worked with major industrial timberland owners, conservation groups & large land owners. The goal was, and still is, to help landowners receive the maximum return on their investment, buying or selling.
