They have very old equipment. They want to give you excuses when you request other machines when they run so very hot. The home oxygen machines are so loud you can't have them in the same room. You have to put them in back rooms then it gets so hot in that room you can not stand to be in it. They make good money from our parents they need to care more for the people . Check around before you pick a company. This is awful . They exchanged machines for me it got worse. Shady outfit.
