Terrible, had to wait many times even though had set appointments and manager that barks orders and always seems annoyed isnt very welcoming.

Not reliable, turned away several times when they closed hours before closing time. Girls friendly except person in charge who seems bothered to have to acknowledge people coming in and is mean to her coworker in front of customers.

I had a terrible experience with this place. Several times I have been sent away because they are busy. Yes the place appears to be clean until you notice the layer of dust all over everything, even first thing in the morning. I have called for an appointmnet only to be pushed aside for a half an ahour while they went to finish other nails even though I set an appointment and came back on time for it the next day. I then called another time whilethey had 2 hours left on the clock they would not see me until the next day and when I got there the only customer in the place was me, she had me pick a color and left me to clean 4 pedicure bowls, I asked her where to sit, she then went to clean more bowls whenmy appointment was suppose to have started 10 minutes prior. I left the place without saying anything and doubt i was missed. Bad customer service. I felt unimportant on more than one occasion.

I have been going to Lexy's for two years and they always do an amazing job. Everyone is super friendly and I enjoy my hour vacation that I get here! My feet feel amazing and look spectacular. I wish everyone would go to them at least once to enjoy the sensation of a paraffin wax dip. I won't go anywhere else, I'd rather go without a pedicure than go to a sub-standard place! Jen

They do the best job and are extremely nice. The only thing is there a little on the expensive side.
