Dr. Henegan's treatment of me during a vulnerable time in my life was horrendous. I was 27 years old and dealing with premenopause. He was uncaring and seemed to be bothered by many of my REASONABLE requests, which included my husband being present during one of my exams. After a laparoscopy at my post op, Dr. Henegan roughly jabbed his finger into my incision with a look on his face that told me he was enjoying his cruelty. I never returned to his office, but within a couple of months, I had to have an emergency total hysterectomy in the care of another physician. I was young and naive and never spoke up against this treatment, but should anyone have to? He is supposed to be trustworthy and treat his patients with dignity. Isn't that why he took the oath?I would hope, that after 12 years he has improved his "bedside manner", however, I still do not recommend this physician.
