Dr. Hancock and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The office is clean and runs well. While I was in I observed that Dr. Hancock cares about his staff and that is important to me because if an employer treats his staff well they will be happier and the service I receive will be better.

There is a new owner/Dentist and he is great!!!! I felt very welcome and the staff was very polite and friendly. He is kind and efficient and worked with my insurance to keep the cost low.

Dentist office closed due to family death, left town for 3 weeks, never called patients to cancel. Very inconveniced
