The office staff was extremely rude. They forced my driver to spend the entire time in the waiting room and wouldn't even let him go to his car to wait or they would cancel my surgery. Even though, I am disabled and on social security, they made me pay for the anesthesia out of my pocket. $375. They wouldn't work with my insurance to solve this. Then when my driver was talking to my father, complaining about being held hostage under threat of me not getting my surgery, the nurse overheard his conversation and further threatened to cancel my surgery. Then they followed through on their threats and cancelled my desperately needed surgery because my driver was upset at their unnecessary and frankly unreasonable "rule" I had my father waiting in the lobby, a driver in the parking lot, and they still treated me like garbage. This place is absolutely awful and should be avoided like the plague. If I could give less than one star I would.
