The Ember's restaurant at Indian Summer surely is the Hidden Gem in Olympia area, it is open to the public with a dresscode enforcement but that did not stop us from going there to enjoy a romantic evening, Service was Outstanding and the food was Amazing after inquiring a little about the club and its chef, it is my understanding that he has a great solid team and has cooked for celebrities and famous people and that most all food is made from scratch in their kitchen. I feel down that i did not stumble on this place sooner, it was the chef i met at a supermarket and he was so nice and invited us down and gave me his business card but it was worth the wait.
