I highly reccomend Dryex! I have white carpet and a 3 year old. These two things don't go well together but thanks to Dryex my carpet looks amazing! I called on Wednesday and was able to get an appointment on Friday. The owner Michael was one of the technicians and is extremely knowledgable, professional and reliable. Not to mention the cost was more than reasonable! Thanks Dryex!
My dog chewed up a tube of bright blue acrylic paint on the light beige carpet of our rental apartment. It was a disaster. These guys said they'd do everything they could to get it out, but they couldn't promise anything. After about half an hour of using their equipment and solvents, it was like it had never happened. I never could have gotten it out myself. They did a great job, were nice guys, and they're a local business.
I work with a local Real Estate Company and on Friday September 22, I called the main office line at 5:30 p.m. to get a last-minute carpet cleaning done. When I called, I was surprised to get an answer so late in the day, let alone an answer from the owner...while he was in Las Vegas. Mike's commitment to his business and customers is a quality everyone should possess in today?s market.My impression of the company was further enlightened when Matthew and Elias so willingly went out of their way to work out a way to get the carpets cleaned. Matthew returned my call promptly and informed me that Elias was willing to do the job and would be there within the hour. Not only did Elias follow through, true to his word, but he did a fantastic job.I have already added Dryex to our company?s list of Preferred Vendors and will recommend them to anyone.
