We had Capitol Glass install 11 new windows in our 1940 house in December. We enjoyed working with our salesman, Jeff, who was friendly, helpful, and patient while we took our time in deciding exactly what we wanted. No pressure from Jeff, which we appreciated a lot. The installation took a day and a half, and was done by a very good 2-person work crew. We were quite happy with the entire experience and would recommend Capitol Glass to everyone.

I bought a new home that had 17 windows to cover! With champagne taste and a beer budget, Mary helped me come up with the best selection for my home. I couldn't decide between wood blinds, faux wood blinds, cellular shades, or what! She was very patient. The installation went quickly and without a hitch. My windows were replaced in Jan.2011. I had original 1964 Single Panned windows, cold, and noisey. I cintacted the Folks @ Capitol Glass and had new windows installed within a very short time. Done with Professionalism and great attention to detail. Should I ever need new windows again they will be the ones I call. They also do window coverings with the same professionalism and knowledge.

We just had 34 windows and a sliding door replaced by Capitol Glass. They had replaced all the windows in a rental for us a few years ago and we were quite pleased with the installers, and the quality of work the did then and were equally pleased with this installation. They were here for 5 days in very cold/snowy weather - we expected a huge disruption and mess to clean up - neither happened.Unlike for the rental, I spent a lot of time trying to determine the best windows for our house, and the best window value. Very confusing/conflicting process/sales pitches to contend with. In the end we weren't convinced there was a significant quality difference between the major vinyl mfgrs. The warrantee was very high on our list of priorities - again very confusing. We have some Milgard windows in a beach property with some rust problems (DUH!) but found Milgard to be very prompt and satisfactorily dealt with the issue.
