I am extremely upset with this facility. They did not treat my Grandfather with dignity and respect. If you walked into the facility after 5pm it is impossible to find any workers. The residents are left in hallways unattended. CNAs and nurses will be gone for long periods of time. They are obviously understaffed. My Grandfather is a fall risk and they leave him alone all the time. He has fallen so many times I have lost count. Last time I was there they left my Grandfather without shoes on, but with socks on, on a hardwood floor even though they know he is a fall risk. They charged $200 extra because they now have to feed my Grandfather, yet when I see him he has food all over his face and clothes. They obviously do not clean him after they feed him. Everyone in the facility smells horrible because they are not showered or changed regularly. The staff is very rude and will not allow the power of attorney to look at residents records. I strongly suggest not putting a loved one here.
