I tried to return a new, never used item (with the original receipt), and was told by the manager I could not get all of my money refunded because the "real" price of the item was less than what I was charged at the cash register. No, it does not make any sense whatsoever.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! THE CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT ON ANYTHING INT HIS STORE!!! PLEASE READ ON Do not shop at this Hallmark store. I purchased a pair of Crocs for my son on 062910 and he had worn them for 5 hours and the piece that holds the strap on broke. The next day I tried to exchange the shoes and the "manager" there had the following to say to me: 1. She was not going to exchange, or give me a new strap, or let me return the damaged merchandise. 2. She said it was not her responsibility on how my child took care of his shoes (he only wore the shoes for 5 hours!!!)\ 3. Refused to fix the problem and told me that Economic times were hard. 4. She threaten to call the police on me 5. She told me if I had purchased a candle there and dropped it outside the store it was not her responsibility to replace it. I said no it is not your responsibility but it would be good customer service if you would.
