I walked into the store was greeted by Adam L and presto, he exchanged my old phone and I had my new phone running in 5 minutes.Twice before I had gone to AT&T stores for this simple procedure and they were not onlyunable to do this, they gave me bad information to start with.Adam L is who you want as a AT&T sales consultant.Could not be happier with the Olney store.

Not sure about the complaints - got just what I wanted for the price I expected to pay. Owner was extremely personable too.

Do not ever shop from this store, people at this store are fraud. They never tell you the truth and are extremely rude. Use my words and do not go to this store.

The owner talks fast and confuses the customer with discounts all while adding on other items. Absolutely no service after sale so don't bother going back with questions or concerns. Don't bother at all.

This is NOT a commercial AT&T store. It is a retail branch independently franchised. They will charge you for everything. AT&T customer service will reimburse some of the charges, but the operations of this business are nothing like the commodities supplied by a commercial AT&T store such as the one on Rockville Pike. Come here at your own risk! As a long time Olney resident, I've been prone to going to Radio Shack, as bad as it can be, it's a better alternative than coming here! Recently, another customer and I had the same request regarding swapping SIM cards and were both charged upwards of $75, and he was not reimbursed in entirety. They have caused me multiple trips and about an hour on the phone with AT&T for something that should have taken mere minutes. Be wary of this store!!
