In 2011, Ron and Kindra Smith announced that RJ Smith & Associates and The Adams Agency joined to form the new joint agency, Consultative Insurance Group, Inc. We chose the name â??Consultative Insuranceâ?? because... well, itâ??s the way we do business! We have built our agencies as a team of insurance consultants to our clients, and have expanded over the years as weâ??ve added specialists in each departmentâ??Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Life and Financial. Ron began his career as a Nationwide agent in 1977, and Kindra began her career as a Nationwide agent in 1997.
