I do not feel very highly about this particular salon. First off, they charged me over twenty dollars more than just a few months ago, without giving me a reason as to why the price went up, other than the stylist saying the prices go up and down. That was unacceptable. Online it says the prices and they didn't follow them. Second, the stylist pulled and yanked my hair so badly that when I got home I found red marks all over my scalp because of how rough she was. That was so unacceptable and that was the manager. Then the stylist says about me coming back in a few months for color again, and I told her I only come a few times a year, but she made my hair so different that I will end up having to go more now. All the girls in there are so caught up in their own drama that fills their lives that they do not service the client properly. Needless to say I will never be back there.
