We also provide retirement planning, new business consulting, and personal financial planning. Proto & Loskey, LLC is a member of the New York Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is an equal opportunity employer. In 1978 Louis J. Proto, CPA and Mary Ann Loskey, CPA commenced operations. Over the years, the firm has grown steadily, and now has eight professional accountants to service a continuously growing clientele of business and individuals. Today, with active practices in accounting and auditing, tax planning and preparation, personal financial planning, and small business consulting, Proto & Loskey, LLC evolved into a full-service accounting and consulting firm serving Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania.
