I've purchased a few guns from Jerry at Lock N Load because Jerry's a nice guy who still believes in old school service with a smile. Jerry and Tom have both beco,e friends that I stop by to see even when I'm not looking to purchase. These guys have a great selection, honest prices and excellent service. Prices are ridiculous,customer service is a joke, I will never purchase another gun from them again

I was looking to trade my 2010 Colt 1911 TacOp for a Sig Sauer P226 as a primary conceal weapon. I was originally offered just $250.00 for a gun I paid almost $1300 for. The owner said it wasn't really worth anything. Yeah, right. The only thing that interested me was that he had a P226 for a good price. I ended up selling the gun to another shop and buying the Sig from Lock N Load. 3 days later I go to pick up the gun and it's in a plastic bag when he hands it to me. The owner then tried to RESELL ME the factory case + the extra magazine for an additional $100.00 which should has been included in the first place. After 7 days of back and forth arguments with the owner and the Sig Sauer distributor, I finally received my case and magazine which I should of had in the first place. They are now under reseller probation from Sig Sauer with extreme limitations for their products. The owners of this store would have been better off being used car dealers instead of gun dealers.
