Do not do what was stated in the contract. when I asked why they decided not to do some they then stated thatt they did not need to be done but yet they charged my insurance company. They padded the bill. They hired horrible workers who did their job in a hap hazard way. Sad thing was DKI didn t care. Hazardous material were used and I was not protected. They are slick before the contract is signed . They are like car salesman. Sign on the dotted line and the they don t want to look at you..

Dan was my contact person. He was so helpful. He was great scheduling the work around my medical schedule. Andrew and his crew went above & beyond while working in my house. I felt very comfortable having these people in my home. I was informed of the process the entire time. - Beth

Incredible....I was a mess and my home was a wreck from water damage from the upstairs down to the first floor. I WILL NOT GO INTO THE DETAIL OF MY SITUATION~ IT WOULD TAKE FAR TOO LONG. It has been 1 year of dealing with the horrible company to remedy and water leak and it still continues to go on. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE.

I will never refer anyone to this company!!!!!!!They make faulty promises and guarantees! Although they claim that they perform ethically, that is not the case. They promised that the mold/water damage cleanup would be finished in 3 weeks, however, it took over 3 months! They ordered the wrong size shower door and the manager promised that they would come back and resize it to fit. It's been over 11 months and the bathroom is still without a shower door.
