We initially hired Dave to install a 14 Seer Goodman AC and Heating Package ($4000). Since then, had problems with heater blowing cold air. Dave recommended we install a backup heater ($350) which we did. This year had same problem. Dave came to fix ($119), said it was bad thermostat, but after he left, there was no air conditioning. Dave came back, spent his time walking his dogs in my back yard while his employee troubleshot the issue. Second thermostat was installed, but now I have no heat so I'm sitting in 50 degrees. I've missed work twice, I'm out $119 and I still have no heat. I have called him (several times), but no response. I'm sure if my $119 check had bounced, Dave would expect a response. Bottom line ... don't employ this business. Dave is unprofessional, incompetent, and couldn't care less about customer service.
