Action dug our well, put in a pump & explained we had the BEST product, an underground pump & bladder tank. They told us they would take care of us and it seemed they had, until drought season. Now we find out we paid for a 100 ft. well, got a 50 foot well...which would have been fine but the pump was only 25 ft down!! Action refused to see us without us paying a minimum of $85.00. The OTHER company came out and gave us a FREE estimate... WE PAID THEM TO FIX ACTION'S MISTAKE...GLADLY. We were told if the well was 50 ft, then the pump should be at least 40 ft. We were told a good business would at least given a free estimate and if they discovered the error, put in the pipe to fix the problem. When we discovered this, we called Action to ask about this and were hung up on! Our well was fixed by another local company today (5/29/07) and we are very happy, they will get a glowing review from us!
