My order for Valentine's day was placed five days in advance, it was never delivered. I called the 800 number three times, the first call I was told the order would be delivered that day; my second call I was told my order was to go out in two hours; my third call the day after Valentine's Day I was told my order was refused by the local flower shop and no one bothered to resubmit to another flower shop so my order just sat there, this last person told me he did not know why I was not told the truth to start with and apologized. I told him to cancel the order and credit my account, and he said he would try to send the order anyway and not charge me. To date this was not done.
