Nobody there fully listens to what you are saying. I've often found myself having to come back multiple times with redundant forms because everyone you talk to there gives you different information. None of them actually know what they are talking about, usually because they didn't wait for you to tell them the specifications of your visit. I avoid going to the Old Saybrook location at all costs.

Customers need to wait in line to get a number from either of 2 individuals at the counter, then wait to be served while the 2 individuals at the counter (the ones who handed out the tickets) do little else.
