Decided to purchase a 2015 Honda Accord. Both my brother and my aunt loved the car. DCH Honda of Old Bridge was right around the corner. My salesman Dimitrios answered all of my questions, over & over again. The one thing I did not want was a black or white car. Dimitrios took the time to find the only "champagne" Accord on the lot. He was willing to spend as much time with me as needed. Sal, the manager, was also accommodating and went the extra mile. I purchased the car on Labor Day weekend, but do to hard drive problems, I was unable to get on the computer

As a senior citizen I have been driving for many years. During my motoring years I have made many trips to automobile service departments. My recent trip the DCH Academy Honda was the best ever. From the time I entered the service department I was met by a polite man who asked what service my Honda needed. He printed out a discount coupon for the oil change. He filled out the service request. He suggested I have a seat and a cup of coffee in the service waiting area and that my car would be ready in a short time. I think the total time was about one half hour. He came to the waiting area to advise the car was ready and led me to the cashier. He also thanked me for coming in for the service. The young lady (cashier) was very polite and advised me were my car was located. This visit was the best experience I have ever had at an automobile dealership. Thank you DCH Academy Honda. Joseph E.
