I did a airbrush with one of the girls for my wedding and my brides maids and was perfect color! I just went back to try the new booths and they were just as nice
I will recommend this to all my friends

Unbelievably awful! I have tanned at the Olathe location for the last couple of years and the customer service has gotten so much worse. It seems as though the owner (shame on you) is more interested in making as much as possible but can't seem to afford to hire a few extra minimum wage people to check customers in. One person is supposed to sell packages, answer questions, check customers in, and answer the phone while customers line up waiting to check in. I'm not crazy about having to stand in line for 10-20 minutes after getting off work and trying to get home!!!! Myself as well as some of my friends have decided to go elsewhere! The new energy needs to understand "Customer Service"!!!!!

I love tanning at Solarium. They update the bulbs frequently and the staff always welcomes you with a smile. Thanks Solarium.

Provided by YP.comI love tanning at Solarium, today was my first experience and I was literally blown away. The customer service, the cleanliness and staff was amazing! If anybody wants to tan I highly recommend Solarium! I promise you, you won't be disappointed! :)

Provided by YPmobileThis salon is hands down the cleanest and best priced salon in KC. the staff answered all my stupid questions and the girls that work there are beautiful! I will be back for sure. Much cleaner than Celsius and newer equipment.

Provided by YP.comI purchased five of the spray tans to the tune of $89.00. I used one (mid grade tan level) and was somewhat disappointed with the results. I decided to utilize a second tan to see if I could achieve desired results. Still disatisfied. Went in to inquire about exchanding the spray tans for just regular bed minutes. At that time I was informed by the girl at the desk that she didnt have the authority to make a decision like that and a manager would have to make the decision. There is no manager on site there, apparently they have a manager that travels to several stores. She left a note on a communication pad and said that the manager would get back with me. One week went by and I didnt hear anything from the manager so I called the store. Again, was told I would have to wait for the manager to call me, as the counter help did not have the authority to address my issue. They did however inform me that the manager would be in on Saturday and they would yet again write on the communication pad that I needed to be contacted. Saturday comes and goes and late in the afternoon I still had not heard from the manager. I went to the salon and the counter girl said that the manager had already come and gone. She showed me that my information was on the communication pad. She made several attempts to reach the manager by phone as it was apparent that I was upset by the lack of contact. She was unable to reach the manager at the other location that she was supposed to be at. She was also unable to reach her by cell phone. I think it is a horrible business practice to have no management on site much less not even be able to reach someone by cell. What if an emergency took place??? The counter girls were always friendly, I genuinely feel bad for them that they dont have the capabilties to address an issue. Theyre just a heartbeat at a counter. Needless to say, here it is Tuesday and I still havent heard back from management. I've moved my business to Celsius where they have a manager on duty at all times. Oh another thing, their website doesnt even have a place to contact them. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. They can keep the three spray tans I have left. You couldn't pay me to go back.

Provided by YP.comI used a buy one spray tan, get one free coupon. The first spray tan I got was completely gone within 2 days. For the second, I went a shade darker (which they charged me $5 for) and it turned out HORRIBLE! It did not blend (I even splurged for the pre and post spray tan treatment) and parts of it peeled off my body the next day. I had to scrub it all off so I didn't look splotchy for the wedding I was going to. When I called to complain they said all they could do was say they were sorry- and they were rude about it!. NOT WORTH IT

Provided by YP.comIt seems there is ALWAYS a wait at this tanning salon. Sometimes, it's even up to an hour. I'm not sure who has time for that but it's definitely not me. All I know is after my package expires I won't be renewing here.
